AUTUMN BEGINS IN THE SADDLE!
There is a moment in late September when the Apennines change their light. The colours warm up, the air becomes clearer, the roads become silent again. It is the perfect time to let yourself be carried away by the rhythm of the pedals and breathe in the most authentic soul of these valleys. The RabBidente Tour is a 50-kilometre loop that joins two extraordinary valleys - that of the Rabbi river and that of the Bidente river - passing through old villages, pastures and panoramic ridges that tell mountain stories. A mainly asphalt route, smooth but intense, alternating fatigue and wonder, silence and stories. More than a simple bike ride, it is a total immersion in the territory: an experience where every pedal stroke becomes an emotion and every bend a new horizon to discover!

What you will see along the route

Starting from Santa Sofia, the site of the Via Romea Germanica, we will cycle towards the villages suspended in time of Camposonaldo and Spescia, Santa Maria di Montalto under the majestic Monte Rotondo, Premilcuore and its suggestive alleys. The spectacular Screaming Cave of the Rabbi River in Giumella, the uncontaminated nature of the Valbonella Botanical Garden and, passing through the village of Corniolo, we will discover the Poggio Baldi Lake, born from a landslide and today an enchanted mirror among the mountains set in the wild and luminous Bidente Valley. Before arriving, stop for a tasteful refreshment at Cabelli's Piada 46. We will then return to Santa Sofia to fully experience the atmosphere of the village.
